Submission for LCL/MCC Guarantee Letters & Manifests

1). SLPA will accept LCL De-Stuffing Guarantee Letters and MCC De-Stuffing Guarantee Letters via e-mail in PDF format from 23^rd October 2020, onwards.

     

 

 

All the guarantee letters should be sent to the following e-mail ID in the given format.

LCL De-Stuffing Request

Subject of the e -mail                                         -LCL De-Stuffing Request_Vessel  Name_Container No:

Details to include in the Mail for LCL                    -Vessel Name               :

-Consolidator Name     :

(LCL De-stuffing request letter should be submitted by the Shipping Line/Container Operator to SLPA which mail should be copied to consolidator of the container).

 

 

MCC De-Stuffing Request

                                                                        -Shipping Line/Container Operator Name:

(MCC De-stuffing request letter should to be submitted by MCC Operator to SLPA, which mail should be copied to shipping Line/Container Operator).

 

2). Submission of Manifests

FCL             - Should upload the EDI file of manifest to Cargo Management System (CMS) of SLPA (It is not necessary to submit hard copies of Manifest for FCL Containers).

LCL/MCC    - Compressed PDF format file of Manifest should be e-mailed to manifest@slpa.lk & should submit hard copies of manifests to the Doc Center until  the CMS is properly operational.
