Suspension of licenses issued in respect of certain pesticides

Summary

Registrar of Pesticides, on the advice of Pesticide Technical and Advisory Committee and in the interest of the public, suspends every license issued in respect of certain pesticides.

BY VIRTUE of the powers vested by Section 11 of the Control of Pesticides Act, No. 33 of 1980, the Registrar of Pesticides, in the interest of the public and on the advice of the Pesticide Technical and Advisory Committee,suspend every license issued in respect of pesticides specified in the Schedule hereto.
