The EDB in collaboration with the Sri Lanka Association of Manufacturers and Exporters of Rubber Products (SLAMERP) and the Plastics and Rubber Institute of Sri Lanka (PRISL) proposes to organize a two-day virtual workshop on Advanced Technology /Smart Manufacturing to upgrade the knowledge of the rubber products manufacturing industry by obtaining the services of technical experts from locally & internationally.

Objectives

• To understand the global challenges and trends in the smart product design & manufacturing.
• To acquire theoretical and practical knowledge in the use of loT (Internet of Things) in smart solutions.
• Inculcate interest in virtual technology advancements in computer aided product design and modeling.
