Process Steps

Step 1	Submit a Duly filled application and Application for a permit to import planting material, seeds and plant products, should be forwarded to Director (Marketing Development and Research) on fax No : 011 2322803 /directormdr@gmail.com
Step 2	Applications received will be forwarded to Plant Quarantine Service through Ministry of Plantation Industries and Ministry of Agriculture. The applicant will be notified by the Plant Quarantine Service as soon as the import permission is ready.
Step 3	Manufacturers shall register with CDA for the product to be processed for the year concerned.
Step 4	Application is Reviewed and Processed.
Step 5	CDA grants approval when the necessary documents are submitted.
