Step 1 Submit a Request Letter along with the Relevant Document to the Ministry of Petroleum Resorces Development.
Step 2 The Commitee under the Ministry Verify the Request Letter and the Documents. 
Step 3  If the Relevant Documents are in Order a No Objection Letter to Import the Goods will be issued to the applicant.
