Process Steps

Step 1

 Complete the REX application or hardcopy. (Refer the DoC website for online application)

Step 2

Submit the the dully filled form and supporting documents to DoC

Step 3

Check the online application with supporting documents by DoC

Step 4

Verifying the documents to confirm the eligibility of products for export (factory visit if required)

Step 5

Encode the company/ exporter's application in the database and assign a REX number
Step 6

Issue the REX number to the exporter
Step 7

Acceptance of registration by exporter by signing the documents by an authorized person

Registration Under the REX System - EU GSPRegistration Requirement All the exporters who are exporting under the EU GSP scheme must register under the 'EU Registered Exporter System'. The rules of determining the origin of good in the EU GSP scheme remain unchanged with the application of the REX System.
