Process Steps

Step 1	Submit a Request Letter along with the Relevant Document to the Ministry of Petroleum Resorces Development.
Step 2	The Commitee under the Ministry Verify the Request Letter and the Documents.
Step 3	Committee recommends the amount of bitumen to be imported taking into consideration the country requirements and company capabilities.
Step 4	The proforma invoice must be submitted.
Step 5	The commitee refers the letter to the Minister who seals and approves the Letter of Recommendation.
Step	The Ministry issues the Letter of Recommendation to the Department of Import and Export Control.
