The shipper should receive Cusdec Entry Number From SL Customs
|
| Step 2 |
The shipper should Submit ECDN To SL Customs Through ASYCUDA
|
| Step 3 |
The shipper request Invoice for SLPA Shipping Charges To SLPA Accountant Through Export Cargo Management System
|
| Step 4 |
SLPA Accountant Generate & Send Invoice To Shipper Through ECMS
|
| Step 5 |
The shipper pays for SLPA shipping charges, pre-advise in the terminal management system and CUSDEC entry details with export container details in ECMS

| Step 6 |
Once the shipper Receives SL customs acknowledgment and submits ECDN to SLPA export office

SLPA export office checks the payment status in ECMS and put the SLPA export seal

Truck Driver Submit ECDN Chopped To SLPA Security Gate

SLPA Security Checks the Container, Truck Physically And Payment Status With ECDN Details and gate in using ECMS |
