Step 1	The shipper should receive Cusdec Entry Number From SL Customs
Step 2	The shipper should Submit ECDN To SL Customs Through Asicuda
Step 3	The shipper request Invoice for SLPA Shipping Charges To SLPA Accountant Through Export Cargo Management System
Step 4	SLPA Accountant Generate & Send Invoice To Shipper Through ECMS
Step 5	The shipper pays for SLPA shipping charges, pre-advise in the terminal management system and CUSDEC entry details with export container details in ECMS
Step 6	Truck Driver Submit ECDN Chopped To SLPA Security Gate
Step 7	SLPA Security Checks the Container, Truck Physically And Payment Status With ECDN Details and gate in using ECMS
