Process Steps

Step 1	Submission of the relevant documents to the claims section
Step 2	Claims section put the date stamp on the copy of the form and register it and returns one copy to the consignee
Step 3	Claims section to fill in the WIC 2 and send to the relevant sufferance warehouse with the approval of the head of Claim Section within 1-2 days
Step 4	Storekeeper to reply along with the tally sheet copy for the reference of the claims section
Step 5	The reply is received from claims and a response letter is drafted and printed for the within 1-2 days
