Process Steps
| Step 1 |
Open a SLPA Account. The Opening initial Deposit Amount should be Rs. 500,000
|
| Step 2 |
Getting Sri Lanka Customs approval for the MCC Operation.

| Step 3 |
Requesting for the Guarantee Letter from the respective MCC Operator for each Operation |
| Step 4 |
Submitting the properly filled Re-work application to the Billing Section via Chief Manager (Logistics).

Getting the approval for the Re-work application from the Chief Superintendent (Billing)

| Step 6 |
Submitting the approved Re-work Application for each & every operation at the required time separately. |
| Step 7 |
after the Re-work Operation, Re-work application should forward to the Billing Section |

Internal Process will be carry out for the calculation of charges of MCC Operations |
| Step 9 |
Finance Division of Sri Lanka Ports Authority will calculate the Re-work charges. |

Payments have to be made by the relevant MCC Operator |
