2 Copies (to be attached warrant copy and delivery copy)

Process Steps

Step 1

Submit Customs Declaration Through DTI

Step 2

Making Payments

Step 3

Submission of the CusDec with relevant supporting documents to the respective receiving counter at Long Room

Step 4

Acceptance of the CusDec, tallying both hard copy and system copy of the CusDec, checking E-Payment Update and stamping the by receiving officer

Step 5

Manifesting of the CusDec

Step 6

Processing of the CusDec at the designated unit

Step 7

Appraising of the CusDec

Step 8

Warranting of the CusDec

Step 9

Amending the CusDec (CusDecs need to be amended due to the typing errors, changing of HS code, vessel date etc. All such amendments are done at the amendment unit)

Step 10

Detaching of CusDec copies
