Vessel Operator should register the Vessel through ASYCUDA System |

Vessel Operator/Freight Forwarders submits the manifest through ASYCUDA System |
| Step 3 |
Submit the Bill of Ladings(s) in Waybill

Vessel will be Inspected by the harbor duty officer |
| Step 5 |
Request to be made by the Vessel Operator for Outward Clearance through ASYCUDA |
| Step 6 |
Vessel operator can collect the Hard Copy of the Port Clearance Certificate from Fort Preventive Office(
Outward Clearance – (HDO) )
