Tariff Rate Quota Certificate – TRQC (To obtain TRQC, exporter should submit  Apparel quota allocation letter, Original invoice, TRQC application form, EPF and ETF paid documents)

Completed -Certificate of Origin ( For more information please refer the procedure of ‘’Applying for Certificates of Origin’’)

Step 1

Duly fill the TRQC application form  &  submit /mail to DOC (If it is air freight before 2.30 pm and if it is sea freight before 12 noon) along with the apparel quota allocation letter and original  invoice (although you mail those documents , you  have to submit hardcopies when you obtain TRQC )

Step 2

Make the payment of Rs.500/ per TRQC to DoC & obtain the payment slip. 

Step 3

Obtain TRQC from DOC (TRQC will be issued from 11am to 12noon only. For amendment in TRQC , exporter has to pay Rs.500/- per TRQC)

Step 4

Make the payment of Rs.1000/ per COO to DoC & obtain the payment slip. 

Step 5

Submit  the duly filled COO along with the TRQC ,approved cost statement, authorized invoice, payment slip to DOC ( For more information please refer the procedure of ‘’Applying for Certificates of Origin’’)

Step 6

Documents verification by DoC 

Step 7

Issue the Certificate of Origin to the exporter
