Origin of the specimen with 02 A5 Size Photographs of the specimen

For Commercial Level Importation it is required to submit a Certificate issued by the Company/ Institution which supplies the stock .

Import permit from the relevant country in case of issuing Export Permit/ Certificate in origin of the specimen by a recognized institution in case of importation.

Process Steps
Step 1
|
A duly filled application form and other relevant documents should submit forward it to The Department of Wildlife Conservation, Battaramulla.

Step 2
|
The Department of Wildlife Conservation reviews application and if it’s not complete informs applicant.
|
Step 3
|
Decision taken by The Department of Wildlife Conservationon the application is conveyed to the applicant on receipt of all requested information to assess the application
