Importer’s Proxy
|
i. Download the Draft from the Sri Lanka Customs website at https://www.customs.gov.lk
ii. The Draft of the proxy should be printed on the original letter heading of the Importer
|

2.

Board Resolution
|
If the company is a Limited Liability Company or a Public Company, pass a Board Resolution appointing one Director or required number of Directors as per Articlesof Association of the companyto sing the Proxy and Acceptence of proxy
only if applicable
|
|
3.

Acceptance of Proxy |
i. Download the Draft from the Sri Lanka Customs website at https://www.customs.gov.lk
ii.The Draft of the Acceptence of proxy should be printed on the original letter heading of the custom house agent
|

Sign the draft of the proxy |
| Step 3 |
Hand over the Proxy and the Board Resolution (if applicable) to the Customs House Agent |
| Step 4 |
Download the draft of acceptence of proxy |
| Step 5 |
Sign the Acceptence of proxy |
| Step 6 |
Submit the Proxy, Acceptance of Proxy and the Board Resolutions – if applicable–to the Post Clearance & Audit Directorate of Sri Lanka Customs for registration.
