Process Steps
Step1 |
Fill the Application form "Application for signing MOU/ Declaration of the Signatory"(D1) |
Step2 |
Study the MOU ( D2 ) well and Decide whether you agree with the terms of the MOU |
Step3 |
Visit the Audit Unit of ICT Division on the expected date of signing the D1 and a photocopy of the Business Registration (Partnership, Sole Proprietor) or Form 1,20 or 40 (Limited Liability Companies) as the case may be |
Step4 |
Get the MOU printed at the Audit Unit |
Step5 |
MOU will be signed between Director of Customs (ICT) and signatory of the relevant institution |
Step6 |
Submit the Form D3-1 to Customs ICT devision with relevant Documentation for authentication of the identity and get approval |
Step7 |
Relevant charges may be paid to the Shroff Branch (if applicable) |
Step8 |
Hand over the signed MOU along with the BR, Form 1/20 or 40 to the Audit Unit |
Step9 |
updating the D1 and issuance of the DTI Username |
Step10 |
Fill the “Application to Obtain Access to Sri Lanka Customs ASYCUDA System – DTI Users” ( D3-1 ) and "DTI User Policy of the Sri Lanka Customs" ( D3-2) and submit it to Audit Unit.
Important : The User Employee himself is required to be present at the ICT with the duly filled application ( D3-1 and D3-2) along with the NIC/DL to obtain the password.
