Proof of Ownership - Copy of Registered Deed, Rental / Lease Agreement - certified by a Notary Public

Copy of Ground Plan certified by Local Authority (not required for FL 22 A Licenses)

Photocopy of receipt in proof of payment of Application Fee and Receipt No. and Date (Receipt must be in Applicant’s Name)

5

Photocopies of receipts in proof of payment of income Tax, Value Added Tax (where applicable) and other relevant taxes (Receipts must be in Applicant’s Name)

Applicant should do the payment and submit the duly filled application with relevant documents

Step 2

Department of Excise process the application

Step 3

Department of Excise will issue the license to applicant
