2.	Board Resolution	If the company is a Limited Liability Company or a Public Company, pass a Board Resolution appointing one Director or required number of Directors as per Articles of Association of the company to sing the Proxy and Acceptance of proxy only if applicable
3.	Forms (M1,M2,M3,M4, M5)	Download the Draft from the Sri Lanka Customs website at https://www.customs.gov.lk
4.	Business Registration	Original & a copy of the Business Registration
5.	Merchant Shipping License	Original & a copy of the Merchant Shipping License

Process Steps

Step 1

Download the draft MOU

Step 2

Obtain necessary approvals within your company

Step 3

Download the forms M1,M2,M3,M4,M5 from Sri Lanka Customs website at https://www.customs.gov.lk

Step 4

Submit the copies of the relevant documents to ASC (eManifest Registration) via email at mou.emanifest@gmail.com and obtain the date and time for registration and signing of MoU.

Step 5

Sign the MoU with the Director of Customs (ICT) being present at the time given at the ICT Division of Sri Lanka Customs.

Step 6

Once the MoU is signed the ASC (eManifest Registration) will issue the VPN Certificate, User-names and passwords to the relevant users of the company to access the ASYCUDA World server directly.
