2	A copy of the letter issued by the Registrar of Pesticides on subcommittee recommendation.

Process Steps

Step1	Duly Fill the Application form
Step2	Submit the duly filled application
Step3	Process the Application and the documentation
Step4	Import Approval to be issued to the Ministry of Industries, Science & Technology or Controller of Imports

*Note: The Application will be returned if required information is not provided on any of the above items or found to be incorrect or satisfactory QC is not submitted for the last consignment imported. and No person shall import any consignment manufactured/forwarded prior to 3 months that of the date of shipment
