Duly filled Application Form.

Deed and Plan of the land where sand will be stocked.

If the applicant is not the land owner, affidavit should be provided from the land owner.

Concerned letters should be provided from mining license’s holders.

Copy of mining license

 

Process Steps

Step 1

Applicant should submit a duly filled application form together with the relevant documentation and forward it to the Geological Survey and Mines Bureau.

Step 2

Application is reviewed and processed.

Step 3

Applicant is notified when the License is issued.
