Mines And Minerals Act No.15 of 1958, as amended by Acts Nos. 33 of 1992, 66 of 2009.

No.
1	Provide details of the Previous License including the detais as to which Category it falls under.
2	Provide the details as to the terms of Renewal of the License. (ie. First Renewal,Second Renewal etc.).
3	Provide the Details of the applicant and if its a Corporation the details of the Corporation.
4	Provide the Trading Details under the Trading License.
5	Provide the details of Payable Royalty.
6	Attach the License Fee Receipt.

Process Steps

Step 1	Applicant should submit a duly filled application form together with the relevant documentation and forward it to the Geological Survey and Mines Bureau
Step 2	Application is reviewed and processed.
Step 3	Applicant is notified on the renewal of License.
