Step 5	Signing of an appropriate License Agreement with the Owner or obtaining a letter of Authority of Certificate from the Owner in accordance with the Regulation.
Step 6	Issuance of License Number to the Applicant This user number is to be printed on all packs along with the statement OZONE FRIENDLY PURE CEYLON TEA – Certification Mark of Sri Lanka Tea Board. This statement may be put on a suitable place of the pack.
Step 7	Filing of Annual Declaration form as per Annexure V
