Process Steps

Step 1	Agents should submit manifests and Container Destuffing guarantee letter to the documentation section at the canal yard in between 24 hour ETA & 24 hours Later ATB
Step 2	Prepare daily destuffing programme by the receiving section at canal yard.
Step 3	Consignee/Wharf Clerk collect Required documents and meet Store Keeper at respective warehouse confirmed de-stuffing date & measurement of consignment before payment.
Step 4	Raise bill from LCL bill counter at Canal Yard
Step 5	Load cargo into the prime mover and tallied by Landing & Delivery clerk.
Step 6	Clearing Agent can obtain the manual gate pass directly Storekeeper in the respective warehouse.
