Regulations

1. These Regulations may be cited as the “Imports and Exports (Control) Regulations No. 11 of 2021”.

2. The Regulations promulgated in this Gazette shall only be applicable to importation of goods which have the date of Bill of Lading / Airway Bill on or after 31 July 2021.

3. Goods, described below together with their corresponding entries stipulated in the Schedule IV of the Special Import License Regulations, published in the Gazette Extraordinary No. 2044/40 dated 09 November 2017, as amended, are hereby deleted from the said Schedule IV, referred above and included into the Schedule I of the said Gazette.
