                                                                      Order under Section 18
BY Virtue of the powers vested in me by Section 18 of the Consumer Affairs Authority Act, No. 09 of 2003, I, Lasantha Alagiyawanna, State Minister of Co-operative Services, Marketing Development and Consumer Protection, do by this Order, exclude “Milk Powder (Full Cream Milk Powder,Non Fat Milk Powder and Infant Milk Powder)” , “Liquefied Petroleum Gas” from the list of “Specified Goods” that were prescribed by Gazette Extraordinary No. 1302/24 on 20th August, 2003, “Wheat Flour ” from the list of “Specified Goods” that was prescribed by Gazette Extraordinary No. 1342/11 on 26th May, 2004 and “Cement of all types” from the list of “Specified Goods” that was prescribed byGazette Extraordinary No. 1468/16 on 26th October, 2006.
