                                                CONSUMER AFFAIRS AUTHORITY ACT, No. 09 OF 2003
                                                                     Order under Section 20(5)

ACTING under the powers vested in it by Section 20(5) of the Consumer Affairs Authority Act, No. 09 of 2003, the Consumer Affairs Authority do by this Order rescind Order No. 57 in Gazette Extraordinary No. 2155/34 dated 27th December, 2019 and Order No. 74 in Gazette Extraordinary No. 2237/40 dated 25th July, 2021 and do by this Order remove “Wheat Flour” from Order No. 39 published in Gazette Extraordinary No. 1975/68 on 14th July, 2016. This Order shall come into effect from 08th October, 2021.
